The property is let on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday.
Arrivals and departures on other days can be arranged. Please email or telephone for more details.

The rental price is per week and includes:
   - Bed linen and towels (weekly change)
   - Cleaning (once a week)
   - Baby cot and high chair if required. Linen is not supplied for cots.
   - Garden and swimming pool maintenance

Extra cleaning is available on request.

Electricity is charged by meter, read upon arrival and departure.

For the comfort of all our guests, we request no smoking inside the villa.

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price is required. The balance of the rental is required 8 weeks before the rental commences, together with a refundable security deposit. Bookings made within eight weeks must be paid in full at the time of booking. This is non-refundable unless the villa can be re-let.

Payment is required in Euros at the exchange rate of the day. The total will be confirmed on your booking form. All bank charges are for the account of our guests.
